YOU MAY NOT KNOW GOD, BUT HE KNOWS YOU.
God said in Jeremiah 1:5, "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart;"  God knew how many hairs we would have on our heads, who we would marry (If we happen to marry at all), when we would die, all before we were born.  He knows that because He, is the one that made us and that planned out our future.  It is because of God that we are even here.  God loved us so much that He sent His son to die for us.  But for now, let's not go there.
 
GOD KNOWS EVERYTHING.
God knows everything about you and me - the good and the bad.  God knows that time you might have taken your sisters candy or hit your brother or called the kid down the street a name.  God even knows our thoughts!  God knows and see's everything.  God is omnipresent, that means that He is everywhere at all times.
 
GOD SENT HIS SON, JESUS, TO DIE FOR YOU.
God loves us and wants to have a relationship with us.  God is perfect though, and we are not.  God wanted to give us a way to be forgiven from our sin (the bad things we do is called sin) so He showed us that He loved us enough to give His one and only son as payment for our sin.  The Bible says in John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only son that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life."  We will put the verse in better context for you, God loved you so much that He sent His son Jesus, to die for your sins.  Jesus died so you didn't have to.  Jesus died so that if you believe in Him, you would have eternal life.
 
YOU NEED TO BELIEVE AND REPENT.
God wants you to live forever with Him in heaven some day.  Because heaven is God's home - no sin can ever enter there.  Because everyone in the whole world has sinned, you need to tell God you believe He has given you a way to be forgiven and ask God for forgiveness.  God said in His word, the Bible, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness."
